Generic portals list thousands of units and call it a marketplace. We operate the other way—acquiring and managing a defined portfolio, then placing tenants who fit, not filling vacancies fast.
We do not take shortcuts on screening, and we do not list units we would not rent ourselves. That standard is non-negotiable.

Each applicant goes through background verification, reference checks with prior landlords, and documented income confirmation. We do not accept verbal assurances in place of records.
Property management is mostly problem prevention. A thorough lease—written to match the actual unit, owner expectations, and local code—is the foundation that makes the tenancy predictable for both sides.
Owners receive a placement summary after each signing: who moved in, what was verified, and what the lease covers. Transparent by default.
